Day one;

Got to school in a tired mess. Was glad to find out that Nat was in the same group as me, cause that's just awesome. :D We found our group, tungsten, and I got to know my other group members; Jia En(leader), Xin Yi, Shauna, Cheryl, Rosabelle (got so used to knowing her as "twilight" that I forgot how to spell her name), Faye and Yuet Ching (same, got used to knowing her as "moon girl" that I forgot how to spell her name)

Anyways, ice-breakers were kinda fun, especially the connect the story one. :D my strip of paper said "When someone proclaims you're their sunshine, hug them and tell them I LOVE YOU" and that turned out to be Rosabelle, I think.

Amazing race was better this year, because it was held in ORCHARD! :D and er, wl, if you see this, can we go orchard for shopping trip. I saw too many headbands. Had to prevent thyself from squealing everytime I see headbands. O: What is with me and headbands!

cool fact; The names of the groups/chemical symbols spell out: Spark action, lead the wy. Which is our camp motto without "the" and "a", but is totally cool sauce. The person who came up with the group names must be given a prize. :D

I was smsing hilary all the way to orchard, because I was worried for her and partly bored too. :) The bus ride was looong and we had to wait aaagggeees to board a bus from ny.

Our first station was with Xiao En. I swear, psl isn't psl without Xiao En. Gonna be a monotone year next year without Xiao En.

We had to change the lyrics of a song or part of it to match the theme of the camp or our group name. The song was "Nobody" by the wonder girls. Eventaully our chorus turned into

I want to sparkle, sparkle, sparkle all day (x2)
I want to spark the action, with the passion
Sparkle (6x)

It was hilarious, cause we even did it with the actions.

We took the mrt several times becuase Xiao En acutally gave us the wrong clue. Ate lunch at KFC. We spent too much time on traveling and eating, so in the end, we only finished 3 stations.

Rosabelle hurt herself at Takashimaya, and I think because we didn't wash her wound, it turned out swollen and continued bleeding heavily for the rest of the camp and became swollen. Well, Faye is in St Johns, so she managed to dress the wound.

The training session was fun, because it was in the form of a skit by Act3, and was very amusing to watch. Then we had phototaking, and cheering session! I think our cheer was really cool.

You can probably tell from here that I've become very lazy in typing details. xD

Bathing was a mess, because our group was supposed to share half-hlaf with another group, but we ended up with no empty cubicles, and had to wait for the other team to finish before we could go. Dinner was okay. What to expect?

Night trail was okay too. I wasn't really scared because I've already been to 2 other night trails. There was not much of a story line... So the whole time, I was the group's "protector" which basically means I stand at the back and protect other group members from being kidnapped. Had one close shave when Xiao En grabbed Xin Yi. We were all pulling and pushing. :D I hope I didn't cause any bodily damage.

Anyway, then it was the movie screening (Journey to the Center of the Earth) then sleep. :D Had a surprisingly smooth sleep. Only woke up once to check the time.

Day two;

Woke up early, in a mess, got ready and everything. Then we had some morning excersises in the conference rooms, and then we ran two rounds around the school. Very fun. (:

Then we had breakfast, which was sandwiches and milo. I didn't really like egg sandwices, but ate them anyway. Then we had water games! Which was suuuppeeerrr fun! :D We only managed to play 4 games though. Our first game was the sliding on the benches one. classic water game. Our team won! The other group was super agressive! I kept losing to Lixin! :D

Second game we played was the splashing water one. No teams, but you had to scissors-paper-stone the person standing opposite of you. If you won, you got to splash water on that person with a cup. :D I got splashed loads of times. Super fun game too!

Third game was the passing of water bombs game. We lost to the other team in the end, but nevertheless it was fun. Wan Lin and Samantha were looking down at us through the classroom window, and it was super wierd. O-O

Our last game was a true MASS game. All the teams were given water bombs, and sent out 1 runner to collect flags on the floor of the basketball courts. The water bombs were used to hit other players from other teams to stop them from getting the flag by forcing them to go back to their homebase and restart the game. Super fun, and in the end, it was free-for-all. All of us were splashing water at each other. Some people (including me) just stood near the edge so that the exco members could splash us with water. :D Cooling~

Then we had a training session on how to write proposals, and then finally planning for 2010. A lot of interesting things potined out. Hopefully we'll have a smooth year ahead!

I will either write about camp, or something else, but I figured I'd do better letting go whatever I have to say first, so the next post will be about camp instead.

I cannot stand drama. Not talking about the subject drama with mr ng teaching. no. I mean drama as in tension.

Have no freakin idea what happened today, and I don't want to be involved in it. But if no one wants to clarify ANYTHING with me, then I guess I'll just act naiive.

Yeah.

Okay, this year has been seriously roller-coaster for me.

I had my first nervous breakown this year, I cried on my birthday for the first time this year, I cared more for getting 75% rather than 60% this year, I cried more this year.

But I think I also laughed more this year.

The next step to everything is to move on. And I guess I will.

Hello world, I'm now officially 14 years old!

Anyway, I just feel extremely blessed to have such amazing friends who remembered my birthday (or tried to), even though it's exam period! :D

Even if you didn't give me presents, I still feel exceptionally happy today.

slightly disappointed, because hilary and yee win(fine, one of my friends told her it was my birthday) were the only batchmates to wish me hapy birthday. :/ But nvm, you know, we need to strive for eoys! :D

I bought myself a headband for $1! It's a tri-layer sky blue headband, and I'm wearing it right now, I never take it off unless I'm eating or I'm sleeping. :D

I stick a lot of clips and flowers on it to not make it look so plain! haha, next time I go out, I'll show you what I mean. :D

I'd just like to thank everyone who wished me happy birthday! I really did have one in the end.
